COLLAGEN (Hydrolyzed collagen)

It is a substance naturally present in the connective tissues of the skin: it is in fact one of the most abundant proteins in our body and, together with other components of the dermis, it contributes to making the skin compact and elastic. As time goes by, the natural production of collagen decreases and we can remedy this by applying creams and serums that contain it, in order to keep the skin optimally hydrated.

ELASTIN (Hydrolyzed elastin)

It is a protein that forms the elastic fibers of connective tissues, and is produced by cells called fibroblasts. As in the case of Collagen mentioned above, it similarly happens that over time the elastin fibers lose their elasticity, causing a “sagging” of the skin; for this reason we apply Elastin topically with the cream, in order to restore tone and vigor to the epidermis.

VITAMIN E (Tocopherol)

It is a powerful antioxidant that fights the formation of wrinkles, sagging skin and dehydration; it repairs damage caused by factors that accelerate skin aging, such as exposure to the sun, smoking and pollution. Vitamin E restores the skin's ability to retain water, thus restoring firmness and elasticity to the skin.

ALLANTOIN (Allantoin)

Allantoin is found naturally in the Symphytum officinale plant, which belongs to the Boraginacea family, and is a hydrating, soothing and re-epithelializing agent, as well as an effective skin protectant.

GINKGO BILOBA (Ginkgo biloba leaf extract)

It is the oldest plant in the world, which Darwin defined as a "living fossil", widely distributed in Asia and has always been a source of supply of numerous phytotherapeutic substances, which are extracted from the leaf. In cosmetics it has numerous uses and benefits: it protects the skin from the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation, improves skin hydration, increases the thickness of the dermis and has an anti-wrinkle effect.

KIGELIA AFRICANA (Kigelia Africana bark extract)

  • Microcirculation stimulant

Also called "sausage tree" for the particular shape of its fruits, it is a plant that as you can imagine comes from Africa. The bark extract is rich in flavonoids and phytosterols and therefore has an anti-radical, hydrating, firming and microcirculation stimulating effect. It also helps fight oxidative stress from free radicals and inflammatory phenomena and makes the skin more elastic and toned.
