Free shipping starting from an order of € 150.00.

For orders under €150 shipping costs amount to € 5.99 per order*.

France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Denmark, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Croatia €15.00

Shipping costs to non-EU countries - Switzerland, Liechtenstein €32.00

Shipping costs to Nordic countries - Norway, Sweden, Denmark

Duties and Taxes

Duties and Taxes in our shop all prices for end customers are shown incl. Italian VAT (22%).

Sales to other EU countries are subject to country-specific VAT.

VAT does not apply to customers coming from non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland). For delivery to non-EU countries, however, additional duties and taxes apply.

Courier

In Italy: Standard Shipping: Gls, DHL, BRT at the discretion of jo.maison.jo srl

Other countries: DPD, FedEx.

Returns

All returned items must be returned in their original condition within a maximum of 30 days of receipt of the goods.

We will do our best to make the returns process as easy as possible.
Call our customer service (0039 (0)383.175.65.50) to book a free collection within the EU, or choose your trusted courier.
Returns must be sent, after contacting customer service, to the following address:

In this case we will not refund the costs incurred for shipping.
