MULLEIN FLOWER EXTRACT (Hydrolyzed verbascum thapsus flower)

It is an active ingredient based on the photoluminescence of plants, or the emission of visible light by a substance caused by high-energy UV radiation. Mullein flowers are able to collect UV rays and transform them into a new visible light to appear brighter. Using the enzymatic bioliquefaction technology patented by an Italian company, it was possible to extract the entire phytocomplex of the flower without compromising its ability to convert UV rays into visible light. Luminescine absorbs UV photons and breaks them down at an energetic level, re-emitting lower-energy photons in the visible range, exploiting the luminescent properties of the vegetal phytocomplex of the mullein flower. Luminescine protects the skin from UV radiation by transforming it into a source of light generated directly on the skin, giving it a more radiant appearance.

ARGIRELINE (Acetyl hexapeptide-8)
